Body Bar Shipping Policy

SPECIAL OFFER: Orders of $49 or more are currently eligible for FREE Standard Shipping, and a flat rate of only $4.95 for orders under $49. To qualify for FREE Standard Shipping, place at least $49 of eligible Body Bar products in your Shopping Cart. Eligible items include Body Bars, DVDs, Body Bar Flex Bars, and Storage Racks. Proceed to checkout. Ship your items to a single U.S. address. You must select Ground as your shipping method. Please note that your order may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to ship out from our fulfillment center(s). Transit time for FREE Standard Shipping orders is 5 to 7 business days after shipping. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

FREE SHIPPING GUIDELINES: This offer applies only to orders with at least $49 of qualifying merchandise.
Eligible items include Body Bars, DVDs, Body Bar Flex Bars, and Storage Racks. Excludes certain oversize items.
If you qualify for FREE Standard Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for FREE Standard Shipping.
Applies to Continental U.S. delivery addresses only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses are excluded from FREE Standard Shipping and FLAT rate shipping.
Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
You will not receive FREE Standard Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $49.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Standard Shipping at any time.
Please Note:
Shipping method selection determines delivery time once orders leave our warehouse. Prior to this, your order will be processed by our credit card verification services and warehouse inventory control.
Body Bar, Inc. does not guarantee same day shipment at any time.
Orders placed will ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders. Body Bar Systems does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
International orders and any orders outside the continental United States are not eligible for promotional shipping.
Canadian customers: be aware that, on the receiving end, you will be facing additional customs and brokerage fees. Customs and brokerage fees Customs & brokerage fees can amount to as much as 50% of the cost of the product purchased.

Body Bar Return Policy

• You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or credit.
• With the exception of shipping errors, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
• You must include the Packing Slip, which you received with your order, along with your returned items.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned items for refund.
• Opened products such as DVDs cannot be returned for refund or credit.
• Inspect all merchandise at time of delivery before signing receipt with driver.

• Note any and all damage with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to note damage may result in a claim being denied.
• Keep all original cartons and merchandise “as received” for claim inspection.
• Damage claims must be filed with the delivery carrier before merchandise can be replaced.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery.
• Body Bar Systems reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.
• Contact Body Bar Systems Customer Service for assistance with returning a product: 1-800-500-2030 (9am-5pm MDT, Mon-Fri).

 

Pure Inventions Shipping Policy

SPECIAL OFFER: Orders of $49 or more are currently eligible for FREE Standard Shipping to any mailing address in the United States, and a flat rate of only $4.95 for orders under $49.

Eligible items include all Pure Inventions Green Tea and Fruit Extract products. You must select Standard as your shipping method and ship to a single U.S. address.

Shipping Information:
Allow 3-5 business days from the time your order is shipped.
Example: If order is placed on Monday before 2 PM (EST), delivery would be between Thursday and Monday.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the product ordered, simply return to the address below. You will receive a full refund minus your shipping costs.

Returned items must be received within 30 days of initial purchase date to qualify. The cost of returning the product(s) is incurred by the customer. Shipping back to us must be prepaid in full. Custom Fitness Personal Training Services, LLC reserves the right to investigate and refuse any return found to be the result of a suspicious origin or untrustworthy nature.

A copy of your original order confirmation must accompany returned items. All items will be credited at the price of original invoice.
